Description
– Intended for horizontal entry and then vertical descent. System provides maximum access to entry and is out of the way during actual entry & exit. – Originally developed for petrochemical industry for use in stacks. – Rated for one person only. Proof Load of 1800 lbs. – Two basic options; portable base using External Tank Collar or Permanent Sleeves using post plus extensions to get proper height. – Normal intended use is with winch, SRL may also be used, either alone or with the winch. – – SRL must have 900 lb. MAF. See next slide! – If used with External Tank Collar, probably the most intimidating confined space system for set up, BUT appearances are deceiving! – If used with permanent sleeves, any sleeve may be used, BUT see next slide!
